Factory Introduction

The factory of Changzhou Jiasheng Vehicle Parts Co., Ltd. is located in Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of ​​more than 20 million square meters. It integrates R&D, production and testing. It is a benchmark base for the manufacturing of automotive precision parts in the Yangtze River Delta region. With intelligence, greenness and efficiency as the core, the factory deeply integrates advanced equipment with lean management to create a full-chain production capacity covering die-casting, machining and surface treatment, providing high-precision and high-reliability automotive parts solutions for global customers.
Advanced production equipment: technology-driven manufacturing cornerstone
Core die-casting equipment: equipped with internationally leading LK and Buhler series super-large die-casting machines (clamping force 800-4500 tons), supporting the production of integrated structural parts for new energy vehicles, with a single die-casting cycle of up to 90 seconds and an accuracy error of ≤0.1mm.

Precision machining unit: Introducing Germany's DMG five-axis CNC machine tools and Japan's FANUC robot automation production lines to achieve micron-level processing of complex parts, suitable for high-strength materials such as aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys.

Intelligent detection system: equipped with Zeiss three-coordinate measuring machine, spectrometer and X-ray flaw detection equipment, 100% full inspection of key dimensions and internal defects to ensure zero-defect delivery of products.
